Dr. Logan Bruce Owens is the founder and senior partner of Hawkings & Associates, bringing over four decades of distinguished practice at the intersection of corporate law, securities regulation, and commercial litigation. A Yale Law School graduate with a J.D. magna cum laude, he began his career as a federal prosecutor in the Southern District of New York, leading landmark securities fraud investigations before entering private practice in 1983.
